Sara holds the principles of detail, design, and strategy as the core evolutionary elements of business. In her past lives, Sara managed Ecommerce for beauty’s biggest players and developed the mindset of direction required to grow a Fortune 500 company. Understanding that not all businesses make it to the Fortune 500, Sara navigated her way to working with small and mid-sized businesses where Sara was truly able to identify the issues that companies face when it comes to true growth. That is why she believes that every startup needs guidance to reach the macro potential that it can evolve into with the right expertise.

Beauty, lifestyle, and innovation.

Currently, Sara leads the Direct-to-Consumer strategy for Flower Beauty, by Drew Barrymore. In conjunction with Flower, Sara manages other brands under the Maesa Group such as Mixbar. Prior to this, she managed E-commerce for FEED, a socially conscious lifestyle brand that helps fight childhood hunger in the U.S. and around the world. Before her journey at FEED and Maesa, Sara worked in Digital Marketing and E-commerce roles at L’Oréal USA and the Estée Lauder Companies. She has a passion for innovation and brings her entrepreneurial and collaborative problem-solving spirit to the dynamic e-commerce and marketing landscape.
